Who are we :
My adventure begins with my childhood memories, rocked by the culinary know-how of my grandmother and my mother, true magicians of Iranian cuisine. From a young age, I learned to juggle spices, create daring combinations and transform simple ingredients into fragrant feasts.
The origin of our Boteh
Our preparations carry within them the history of ancient Persia. Boteh finds its origin in the term “Boteh Gegheh”, meaning “bouquet of flower”. The shape of Boteh Gegheh evokes the foliage of a cypress, the emblematic tree of the Persian Emperors. Each name is an invitation to travel, where the cultural richness of Persia mixes with culinary art. Let yourself be seduced by this taste poetry, where each pot is an ode to history and ancient traditions.
