Preparation time: 40 minutes
Ingredients
30 g of “Gingerbread” jam + to garnish / 130 g of honey / 65 g of butter / 160 g of flour / 1 to 2 tbsp. togingerbread spice coffee / 1 sachet of baking powder / 70 g of milk / 50 g of sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- Melt the butter and honey until liquid.
- In a bowl, sift the flour, spices and yeast.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter with the honey, milk and jam, then add this mixture to the dry mixture and add the sugar
- Butter and flour your mold well, then add a little jam to the bottom before pouring the mixture into it.
- Bake for 30 minutes to 1 hour in convection heat mode.
- For even more indulgence, take a piping bag filled with our “Gingerbread” jam, make small holes in the cakes, then garnish them with the bag.
- Let cool and enjoy!
