Ingredients
Zest of 2 untreated lemons / 2 teaspoons of Black Gold / 1 clove of garlic / 20 g of ground almonds / 80 g of grated parmesan / 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche / A few sprigs of fresh parsley or another fresh herb / 30 g extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Place the lemon zest in a blender or blender. Add the Or Noir, the almonds, the crème fraîche, the grated parmesan, the garlic clove, and the washed herb leaves, then finally the olive oil.
- Mix until you obtain a smooth cream. If it is too compact, add a little more oil.
- Transfer the cream to a jar and store it in the refrigerator for up to two days.
