Instructions :
- Preheat your pan over medium heat. Add the olive oil and fry the shallots until they take on a nice golden color.
- Then pour the white wine into the pan. Simmer for about 5 minutes to allow the wine to reduce slightly.
- Then add the orange jam to the preparation. Continue to cook for a few more minutes to blend the flavors.
- Place the duck pieces in the pan, turning them several times, until they are browned on each side. Season with a pinch of salt and a little pepper to enhance the flavor.
- To serve, arrange the pieces of duck on a plate and pour the shallot/jam sauce over them.
